Doc's "Hair Cut"

My parents went out of town last week to visit my brother and sister and we watched the dog.  We took him to Petsmart to get a bath and a cut.  No one told us Lab's don't get hair cuts, the get shaved.  What a surprise it was when he came out looking like THIS!!

Oh hail.

Look at that HAIL!!!  So we just had a nice little storm at our house.  As soon as we pulled Jeremie's car into the garage the hail came crashing down.  Hail bigger than golf balls...holy cow!!

Trip to Biosphere 2

After visiting Tucson for at least every year for the past 28 years....I've NEVER been to the biosphere.  This year we fixed that.  We took Jeremie's mom with us.   It was incredible to see...from the desert outside, to the rainforest & 'ocean'

It might be hard to read....but notice that even scientists say the Earth was WARMER....global warming my foot!!!

Randy & Karen came down for Valentine's Day and we introduced them to the Nintendo Wii.  A  little clip of Randy playing tennis.

New Year 2009 Trip

We had a great time in Wisconsin for the New Year.  Jeremie went on the snow machines with "The Boys" while Julie stayed inside with the ladies and stayed warm.  What a great way to bring in the new year!!!

Nigel Celebrates New Year in Minocqua

I had never seen snow before -- quite an experience!  Even in Utah at Thanksgiving it didn't snow!  Minocqua was FREEZING - I think it might have been 9 degrees in this picture.  Brrr. 

Hobey got fireworks from Leslie and Matt for his birthday.  Mr. Howard got some for him too.  They were nice enough to let me pose by them before he went and blew them up outside....by all the cars.

 There was a flying squirrel in Hobey & Carol's house above their bed making himself at home!  I would not allow that, so I went up there and trapped him.
